Our strict government authority has put in place three steps of quality control procedure at the highest levels. They include - Export Licence Clearance, Australian Health Ethics Committe (AHEC) Codes, Fumigation certificate, Phyto-sanitary certificate, ISPMIS, and Origin certificate, etc. The raw materials are sourced from rainforests, open-forest areas, land clearing and other sources. They are selected on the basis of grain quality, timber shape and sorted out on the basis of shape, volume and sizes. Every final product comes with a brass plaque specifying the type of wood, finishing used and point of origin. Our high value products are a real investment and our products are accompanied with complete service and professional advice on usage. Owing to all these sustained efforts, we have been accredited with the ISO 14001 certification from the Australian government.
Infrastructure
Aus-Slab International Pty. Ltd. meets customer requirements from around the world through its three state-of-the-art mills. Only the highest quality machinery and technology from Japan, Germany and Italy are used in our processes. For our production requirements, we have in place highly skilled workers who manage various operations. They are adept in incorporating all the latest happenings in the discipline for the benefit of our customers.
Our processes involve various types of machining and finishing services. The Lucas type mill can handle large scale processing work and work on slabs of up to 6000mm long. International quality furniture boards are produced at our Macquarie type Mill.
Future Plans
Buoyed by customer appreciation and immense confidence in our high value products, we have charted out an ambitious plan for expansion. Our company is a financially well backed concern enjoying high sales volumes year after year.
